Post-menopausal osteoporosis is a medical condition that causes thinning and weakening of the bones during/after a menopausal period.

Calpuf Nasal Spray 60 mdi contains Calcitonin, a human hormone that prevents bone breakdown and increases bone density (thickness). Thus it helps to treat osteoporosis in postmenopausal women.

Calpuf Nasal Spray 60 mdi lessens the amount of calcium in the blood by preventing the breakdown of bone. Thereby, Calpuf Nasal Spray 60 mdi strengthens the bones and minimizes the risk of fractures. Calpuf Nasal Spray 60 mdi also seems to decrease the amount of calcium the kidneys can re-absorb, lowering calcium levels further.
