Cabgolin 0.5 Tablet 4's contains the active ingredient of cabergoline. This medicine belongs to a class of drugs called 'dopamine agonists.' • Monitor your blood sugar level as it is known to lower blood prolactin levels.
• Quit smoking as smoking increases the heart rate and may progress a heart ailment.
• Including heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acid-containing food drinks in your daily diet. You can also use low-fat cooking oil like olive oil, soybean oil, canola oil, and coconut oil.
• Eat a healthy balanced diet, including plenty of fluids, vegetables, proteins, and fat-free or low-fat dairy products. It will also help reduce weight and lower the heart attack risk. 
• Regular exercise keeps the mind thoughtful and lowers your stress level, thus reducing the prolactin level.
