• When taking a Blonitas 4 Tablet 10's, you may become more susceptible to severe temperature circumstances (such as too hot or too cold) when taking Blonitas 4 Tablet 10's; thus, it is best to avoid being too cold/hot or dehydrated, especially during the summer. To cope with this, drink enough fluids and water.
