However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.

You should not take Bilahist Tablet 10's if you are allergic to bilastine, are currently breast-feeding, or have severe kidney failure (creatinine clearance less than 10 ml/min), the problem of urinary retention, and fructose intolerance. Do not give this medicine to children who are less than 12 years of age groups. Check with your doctor if you are taking midodrine to treat low blood pressure and ritonavir for HIV infection.

Drug-Drug Interaction: Bilahist Tablet 10's is known to interact with antifungal medicine (Ketoconazole), antibiotic (Erythromycin, Rifampicin),  immuno-suppressant medicines (Cyclosporine), and AIDS medicines (Ritonavir).

Drug-Food Interaction: Bilahist Tablet 10's is known to interact with alcohol and increase drowsiness. Also, it reacts with grapefruit juice when taken together.

Drug-Disease Interaction: Bilahist Tablet 10's is known to interact in patients with kidney or liver problems, urinary tract blockage, an enlarged prostate, asthma, and stomach ulcers.
