Barozyme 192mg/40mg Tablet contains Pancreatin which is a digestive enzyme that helps in the digestion of food. Pancreatin contains ‘pancreatin enzymes’ breakdown food and converts it into energy. On the other hand, Dimethicone works by decreasing the surface tension of gas bubbles, thereby facilitates the expulsion of gas through flatus or belching (burping). It also prevents the accumulation and formation of gas in the digestive tract.
