Azivir-500 LB Tablet 3's is an antibiotic used to treat various bacterial infections. A bacterial infection occurs when it enters the body. Azivir-500 LB Tablet 3's is used to treat various respiratory system infections (like pneumonia, bronchitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, and sinusitis), skin infections (like acne and rosacea), ear infections, and sexually transmitted infections caused by bacteria. Azivir-500 LB Tablet 3's is only effective in treating infections caused by bacteria and not effective for viral infections like flu or a common cold.

Azivir-500 LB Tablet 3's is a combination medicine containing Azithromycin (antibiotic) and Lactic acid bacillus (probiotic). Azithromycin works by inhibiting the production of proteins required by the bacteria for its survival.
