About Aprezo 10 Tablet 4's

Aprezo 10 Tablet 4's belongs to a class of drugs known as phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) inhibitors. It is used to treat Plaque psoriasis (scaly, itchy, and red patches on the skin), psoriasis arthritis (inflammation in the joints in people with psoriasis), and oral ulcers. Psoriasis is a chronic, painful, nontransmissible, deactivating and damaging disease. It can happen at any age and is most common in the age group 50 to 69. Psoriatic arthritis is a type of arthritis that some people with psoriasis experience.

Aprezo 10 Tablet 4's contains Apremilast, a phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) inhibitor. Aprezo 10 Tablet 4's works by blocking the action of some chemical messengers that are responsible for inflammation related to psoriatic arthritis (inflammation in the joints in people with psoriasis) and psoriasis (scaly, itchy, and red patches on the skin), and thus, lowers the signs and symptoms of these conditions.

Take Aprezo 10 Tablet 4's as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Aprezo 10 Tablet 4's for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical conditions. You may experience diarrhoea, vomiting, nausea, weight loss, and back pain. Most of these side effects of Aprezo 10 Tablet 4's do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.

Aprezo 10 Tablet 4's should not be taken in the conditions like depression as it is getting worse with thoughts of suicide. Before starting Aprezo 10 Tablet 4's, please inform your doctor if you have any allergy to Aprezo 10 Tablet 4's and its part. Directions for Use

Take Aprezo 10 Tablet 4's as prescribed by your doctor. Your doctor determines the dose of the medicine based on your condition. Take Aprezo 10 Tablet 4's with or without food. Swallow the Aprezo 10 Tablet 4's as a whole with a glass of water. Do not crush, chew, or break it.

Drug-Drug Interactions: Aprezo 10 Tablet 4's may interact with medicines used for tuberculosis- TB (rifampicin), and medicines used in fit/epilepsy (phenytoin, phenobarbital, carbamazepine).
