Drug-Drug Interaction: Apetamin Syrup 200 ml may interact with anti-allergic drugs (diphenhydramine, cetirizine), antidepressants (duloxetine, fluoxetine), anticonvulsants (topiramate, pregabalin), antipsychotics (quetiapine).
