Aminarc 25mg Injection belongs to the class of drugs called bronchodilators. It is indicated for the relief of bronchospasm associated with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Asthma is a chronic (long-term) respiratory condition in which airways narrow, swell and produce extra mucus, leading to difficulty breathing. COPD is a group of lung diseases with emphysema (shortness of breath) and chronic bronchitis (inflammation of the lining of bronchial tubes).

Aminarc 25mg Injection contains Aminophylline, which helps to provide relief of bronchospasm associated with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Aminophylline relaxes and opens air passages in the lungs, thereby it making breathing easier.

Aminarc 25mg Injection is usually administered by a qualified healthcare professional; do not self-administer. Aminarc 25mg Injection may cause certain side effects, including upset stomach, stomach pain, diarrhoea, headache, restlessness, injection site reactions and irritability. Most of these side effects of Aminarc 25mg Injection do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.

Before prescribing the Aminarc 25mg Injection, let your doctor know about all your medical conditions, allergic reactions, and all medications you are using. And also, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. Aminarc 25mg Injection may cause insomnia and restlessness; therefore, avoid driving vehicles or operating machinery until you return to normal. Avoid the consumption of tobacco. Before receiving Aminarc 25mg Injection, let your doctor know about all your medical conditions, such as if you have or have ever had seizures, heart disease, an overactive or underactive thyroid gland, high blood pressure, or kidney or liver disease or if you have a history of alcohol abuse, allergic reactions (especially aminophylline, theophylline’s, theobromine, caffeine or to any of the excipients present in Aminarc 25mg Injection), and all medication history you are using. Also, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding before receiving Aminarc 25mg Injection. Avoid the consumption of tobacco. Smoking may affect the effectiveness of aminophylline.

• The doctor may suggest some tests to know the root cause of the respiratory disorder, such a Spirometry (check the narrowing of bronchial tubes) and Peak flow (check how difficult it is to exhale).
• Please avoid the use of Tobacco and Marijuana as it decreases the efficacy of Aminarc 25mg Injection. 
• If you have a glucose test or lipid profile test, let your doctor know about this, as prolonged use of Aminarc 25mg Injection may increase glucose levels and free fatty acid in the body.
