Drink more fluids and add fruits and vegetables to your diet. Take foods rich in probiotics, such as yoghurt/curd, kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha, buttermilk, and cheese. Avoid overeating, eating too fast, and eating high-fat foods.
